   The Coffee Éclair was divine! The coffee flavor in the glaze and filling was spot on, and the pastry was perfectly baked. A delightful treat for coffee lovers!

   Really enjoyed the Coffee Éclair. The coffee flavor was strong but not overpowering, and the cream was silky smooth. It could have been a bit sweeter for my taste, but still great.
